- Teknolazer Ltd. manufactures flat cutting dies for die-cut products made from paper (label and self-adhesive), cardboard, corrugated cardboard, foil, leather, klingerit, PVC, EPDM, etc. Die design is made using Specialized software – the programme allows a fast design process, has a rich library, allows packaging inspection using the 3D visualization module, creating a network with the required number of elements and a CNC programme for laser counter plate cutting.
- We can perform inspection of the packaging and make a model using a cutting plotter from a variety of materials. The working area of the plotter is 1000 x 1300 mm, with a possibility for cutting materials with greater thickness, including 5-layer corrugated cardboard. We can also make very small series products (50-100 pieces).
- Counter plate (board) cutting is accomplished by using a laser. Laser cutting ensures maximum precision of cutting dies, 100 % identical elements and speed in manufacturing.
- Cutting rule bending is done automatically. Machine bending allows for greater accuracy in the processing of the required shape, far more complex bending shapes, higher rate of repeated identical elements and manufacturing speed.
- Teknolazer Ltd. is engaged in the development and manufacturing of stripping dies for automatic die cutting machines.
We manufacture full sets of stripping dies for BOBST 1600, 1575, 102, 106 and other machines. They include upper stripping die (male board), middle stripping die (female board) and front scrap stripper (guillotine).
- Counter plates in Pertinax (Rillma) are indispensable element of the cutting die in case of large production series. We offer counter plates with thickness ranging from 0.4 to 1.0 mm.
- Braille print on medicine packaging is a normative requirement now. Teknolazer Ltd. manufactures Braille dot matrices, which can be used during die cutting processes together with creasing and cutting rules, or separately (Braille text only).
